At Platinum Therapy, we understand that appointments may need to be changed and cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate both you and our other clients we ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice.

To book appointments credit card details may be required.

24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment; otherwise a 50% cancellation charge will apply.

If you fail to arrive for an appointment without giving any prior notice then a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.

The cancellation charge will be applied automatically and without notification.

If a client has a voucher the cancellation charge will be deducted from the value of the voucher.

If a client has a course of treatments the cancellation charge will be deducted from the value of the course.
